Cereal Docks will for the first time be among the protagonists of the 2024 edition of Food Ingredients Europe, the prestigious trade event that has brought together the world’s leading players in the ingredients sector for over 35 years.
This debut represents a first step in sharing Cereal Docks’ journey, which increasingly shifts focus from the concept of “feeding” to that of “nourishing.” The fair will also be an excellent showcase for Favero1925, one year after joining the Cereal Docks Group. The business unit, specialized in the production of gluten-free flours and ingredients, is engaged in developing innovative, high-service solutions in partnership with clients to meet the new demands of the food & beverage industry and consumers.
The fair will also be an opportunity to present, in preview, the new HeliaPRO line of ingredients, particularly the new sunflower seed protein flour. HeliaPRO protein flour is naturally rich in proteins and fibers, characterized by a clean and natural production process that ensures a high protein content. Furthermore, it is allergen-free and comes from non-GMO crops originating in the European Union. It has a neutral color and taste, making it versatile for multiple applications, including baked goods, snacks, gluten-free pasta, vegetable patties, sauces, and spreads.
Cereal Docks will also be present at Food Ingredients 2024 with its business units Cereal Docks Organic, specialized in processing raw materials from organic farming, and Nateeo, the Group’s company operating in the sectors of vegetable lecithins, functional blends, and high value-added ingredients.
Moreover, visitors can taste a delicious special menu at the stand (4.1J33), specially designed to showcase the ingredients offered by Cereal Docks and prepared on-site by Chef Nicola Michieletto.
