Cereal Docks Organic will be exhibiting at BIOFACH 2026 (Hall 5, Stand 170), the international trade fair dedicated to organic food, taking place from 10 to 13 February 2026 at the Nuremberg Exhibition Centre. Since 1990, BIOFACH has been a key meeting point for the entire organic value chain, bringing together international operators, producers and stakeholders to exchange views on markets, products and the sector’s development trajectories.

Cereal Docks Organic’s participation in BIOFACH represents an opportunity to present its integrated industrial model, based on Italian and European supply chains and on a direct relationship with local farmers. This approach is essential to ensuring raw material quality, process safety and continuity of service, enabling the company to operate in a structured and reliable manner within the organic sector, which is characterised by high standards and stringent regulatory requirements.

At the Roverchiara (Verona) production site, the entire processing cycle takes place, from seed to finished product. The plant specialises in the production of sunflower, soybean, flaxseed and rapeseed meals for feed use, as well as organic vegetable oils, both crude and refined, obtained through mechanical cold-pressing processes followed by refining. The product range includes a wide portfolio based on soybean, sunflower, rapeseed and flaxseed, in addition to specialty oils for food, cosmetic and industrial applications. Production is also powered by renewable energy through a photovoltaic system, in line with the company’s commitment to responsible and sustainable resource management.

One of Cereal Docks Organic’s distinctive strengths is its ability to complement production with a solid and flexible service structure, capable of meeting customers’ diverse requirements in terms of product specifications, certifications and supply solutions. The company is organised to manage global deliveries, both in bulk and packaged formats, through a wide range of packaging options – including road tankers, flexitanks, IBCs, drums and customised solutions – adaptable to different destination markets.

Quality control is ensured throughout all stages of the production process, thanks to over 5,000 quality and safety tests carried out annually, including analyses for salmonella, enterobacteria, pesticides, mycotoxins, MOSH-MOAH, 3-MCPD, as well as fatty acid profiles, proteins, fibres, ash and fats. This is complemented by compliance with international standards and certifications – including FSSC 22000, BIO Suisse, Kosher, OFDC and FDA – enabling Cereal Docks Organic to operate in full compliance with applicable regulations and the requirements of major global markets.

At BIOFACH 2026, Cereal Docks Organic will present its industrial approach combining experience, expertise and reliability, offering customers its range of organic oils and meals, designed to effectively meet all market requirements.
