During the recent National Council, the federation for safeguarding and promoting the food and beverage industry, has renewed the team of Young Entrepreneurs. Giacomo Fanin, business developer of the Cereal Docks Group, gets down to it in power for innovation.
"I am very proud to be honoured with this designation" says Fanin, "Federalimentare represents the companies of the second largest Italian manufacturing sector with a great responsibility in the promotion of Made in Italy. Besides, this mandate for innovation is also important for the historical moment we are living, it is fundamental to know how to innovate by adopting a structured approach to compete in the market in a sustainable way. "I would like to thank President Squeri for the opportunity", he concluded, "and I am going to hold the task seriously, delivering my knowledge of innovation to the working group and highlighting the constructive contribution of new generations on issues that concern the future of the Italian food industry".
Together with Giacomo Fanin, the new group includes other young talents of major companies in the industry. The vice-presidents Emilio Minuzzo (Mauri - dairy industry) and Benedetta Mayer (FA.MA.VIT. - feed sector), with Agostino Fioruzzi (D.A.F. al srl - canned legumes), Paolo Dallagiovanna (Molini Dallagiovanna - mill), Daniele Grigi (Gruppo Grigi - zootechny, agriculture, beverage), Lorenzo Mottolini (Salumificio Mottolini - cold cuts and bresaola) and Tancredi Alemagna (T'a - pastry and chocolate).
Under the expert lead of Alessandro Squeri, they are in charge of "enhancing the Made in Italy, encouraging exports and focusing on innovation" for the next 3 years of their term, as stated by the president.
